The Central Weather Administration (CWA) has announced that temperatures in Taiwan are expected to rise today due to the weakening of a cold air mass. The female tourist who was swept away by high waves with another individual while taking photos at Blue Cave on Green Island was confirmed dead on Tuesday (Aug. 1) despite the medical team’s best efforts.
